Estimated Delivery Times:

• UK & Ireland: 6-10 business days.

• Australia & New Zealand: 6-10 business days.

• USA & Canada: 8-15 business days.

Customs, Duties & Delays: Please note that these are estimated delivery times. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Nuvei is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, local postal service disruptions, or international holidays. > In rare cases, customs inspections in your country may extend the delivery time. These delays are outside of our control, and we appreciate your patience.

Tracking: Every order is shipped with a tracking number. You'll receive your tracking link via email as soon as it becomes available.

Order Processing: All orders are carefully inspected and packed within 24-48 hours of purchase. Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive your tracking number via email.

Cancellations: You have 24 hours after completing your payment to request an order to be cancelled prior to dispatch. Once the order has been dispatched, you will have to go through our standard return policy.
