60 Day Money Back Guarantee

We want you to give Nuvei Premium Liquid Collagen a real chance. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, contact us within 60 days of delivery and we will refund the product price of your order.

How to request a refund

Email support@nuvei.store with your order number and the email used at checkout. You do not need to explain why. Our team will reply within 1 to 2 business days with the next steps.

Once your refund is approved, it is sent to your original payment method. Your bank or card provider usually takes 5 to 10 business days to show it.

Damaged, missing or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, has an item missing or contains the wrong item, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order that has not shipped yet by emailing us. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, but it is still covered by the 60 day money back guarantee.

Shipping costs

Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item.
